NCAA to allow Mexican schools to join Div II

Ten years ago the NCAA allowed Canadian schools to apply for entry. Today there is one, Simon Frazier in Hongcouver.

Ow Mexican schools can apply provided the meet all Div II criteria.

Seems about right. It would be completely racist of the NCAA not to allow this.

Academically they probably qualify for the SEC. The fact that the Mexicans seldom enter the US by air seems a good fit as well.
