2005..the year of the SPARTAN

Post by KYGREEN-MSU »

It looks like the Green and White of MSU are on another of their late season runs. The only difference this year is that we didn't accumulate too many losses in the preaseason. You can expect the Spartans to receive a 1 or 2 seed by tournament time. The future is really bright for this juggernaut.

Regarding the Duke and GW games, they can be discounted as our first trip outside our home warm and fuzzy zone. If we were to play either today, they would be 20 point Spartan wins.

Now all Tom's got to do is set up his scheddy like K does, and he won't play a TRUE roadie til mid Jan! Racking up wins and solidifying that 1 or 2 seeding.

See Andy Katz article in ESPN.com. He nails it.

Two SpartanFans...which one is Babs?

How can it be 'the year of the Spartan' when they won't even win the Big Ten?

Memories of a time that now seems so far away. We're going to win out and Illinois is going to go down hard in the Breslin.

It's over!

Badger fan checking in....what a great game today.

I watched in shock as MSU handed the Badgers the win....extending the nation's longest home winning streak (to bad they play like shit on the road).

The Big Ten season is still young, but a good win nonetheless.

Bo Ryan in 6-0 against Tom Izzo.

Izzo 0-6 against Bo Ryan...not a surprise here. My call was for MSU to go to St. Louis.....in spite of Izzo.

Look at F-ing scUM fan torting in!

Nice job vs. IU, a-wipes!

For once in Haley's Comet, UM was ACTUALLY GETTING CALLS AT IU!! but this band of missfits can't hit the water, if they jumped out of a BOAT!

I can't wait until the 27th. When a real scoring team wipes them off the face of the B10 wannabe's!

Welcome to another 14 - 15 loss season, and the NIT!!!!!
