And I don't think any has been shot in the 8 years I have been here but I know a lot of them been arrested and released and my workplace don't frown upon drug charges and will let you work here. My boss/owner says, they want to work, why should I deny them that right.

The ones that comes by my office says great things about the company and my boss and getting paid almost double flipping burgers helps as well.
