bad coffee

Post by Shlomart Ben Yisrael »

I'm not terribly fussy about my brew, but I won't drink anything that tastes like it's been wrung out from the dick of a goat.

That includes:

- gas station coffee
- instant coffee
- decaf
- vending machine coffee

P.S. ~ I will drink Starbucks, but not the frothy homosexual stuff...just the straight up coffee. Plus, the baristas are forced to be nice to you by the management, even if you're a jerk...which I'm not, but still...

The fact that you put the quotey thingies on it means you were being sarcastic.
So, really, that's not a legitimate example.

Yeah, because mvscal of all people has had trouble calling you a cum felching faggot when you're around.

That is how Mvscal operates. He's full of his brand of advice....here on this board, that is.

But let someone put too much cream or sugar in his coffee at McDonalds, and he'll just suck it up and not go looking for trouble by speaking up. His backstep on steak principles proves it.

And by the way, R-Jack. What do you have against Bobby Knight?

Backstepping on steak principles? What the fuck are you droning on about? Please try to explain while making sense. But before you do that kindly give yourself a deep douche with extra strengh Draino.

Tardowen seems to have some kind of deep seated need to post constantly about something, especially when it involves shamelessly inviting scorn on himself.

Case in point...reviving a months old thread that nobody really cared about in the first place only, for some reason, to call out mvscal. He obviously enjoys being called a come belching douchenozzle or whatever, because he put some obvious effort in searching mvscal's posts with his own nic as keyword just to find past insults on his manhood. On further thought, I think enjoy is the wrong word. It's more than that. Like a rat, who must constantly chew or have his teeth grow through his brain, Tard must be a bitch or his rectum will close up for good. Or something.

At any rate, this thread has been tarded up more than enough and is pretty close to being trimmed and locked.

I'm refering to how Mvscal read the riot act that anyone who marinades {which while tenderizing is also seasoning} what he considers a prime cut of beef is destroying it and should be berated. Skip ahead a year or two to Screw Michigan's Fogo de Chao thread and suddenly he calls Fogo "a decent restaurant" even though their menu has them liberally seasoning all their cuts.

That to me is flip flopping. Politicians make a living doing this and it irks the hell out of me. At least they have the courtesy of not calling you a "tard who should be castrated and fed his underwear offal".

They don't marinate prime cuts of beef, you shiteating dumbfuck. Nobody does...except for you...because you're a fucking idiot.

Liberally seasoning? Are you sure? Let's check.

Filet:
Each delectable piece is seasoned lightly and grilled rotisserie style.
Ribeye:
The gaucho chefs know that such a finely marbled cut of beef needs a light hand when it comes to seasoning. They apply just a touch before grilling the steak
Top sirlion:
Many of our Brazilian-trained gaucho chefs hone their skills in our restaurants in Brazil before coming to the United States. It is there they learn to properly cut alcatra, season it lightly, and grill it to delicious perfection.
.
Guess what they aren't doing to prime cuts of beef, Tardd? That's right...they aren't marinading them. Do you want to know why? It's because they aren't fucking idiots like you that's why.

Any lights going on yet? Faint glimmers of a clue perhaps?

You don't consider filet mignon a prime cut of beef?

It's not flip flopping. It's you not having one fuck of a clue of what you are talking about and failing to read the threads you are tarding up.

You know what...... Don't get taken off track making the extra effort to make it creative. Just die.

My go to cup of coffee while on the road is McDonalds since they went to Neuman's. It is a good cup of coffee for a buck. Comparable to Dunkins whihc is double the price. Better than the highly over rated starbucks swill.

Highly overrated. Valued by some because it's the most tender of cuts, but lacking the flavor of a good strip or ribeye.

And why anybody would want to marinate one is beyond me. A high quality filet is already about tender enough to cut with a fork. Season it? By all means. Marinate? A waste of time.

And BTW..."prime" is a grade of beef, not a cut, one step up from "choice". A filet mignon is not "prime" by virtue of being a filet mignon. Every time you hit submit you confirm your disturbingly complete ignorance of everything.

Let's try and blend the original topic and the thread hijack together.

I have seasoned my trip tip roasts with coffee grounds wth fantastic results. Salt and pepper with a bit of cayanne pepper mixed in is a great combo for beef.

Seriously? Were they used coffee grounds, or virgin?

Did you ever think of making a coffee marinade?

I just grilled a tri-tip last night using this stuff:

Didn't use any coffee in the seasoning, but I made some Kona blend afterwards.

It depends. I like the fresh grounds on it, but you can get a mild flavor from the used ones.

Dark roast only though.
