Asian style Pork & Vegetable Meatballs

1.5kg minced pork
2 large carrots grated
1 large red capsicum finely chopped
3 largish green onionsfinely sliced
1 small onion grated
bunch corriander finely chopped
4 stalks celery finely chopped
4 tspns minced chilli
4 cloves Garlic minced
2 tspns minced ginger
1tblspoon soy sauce
1tblspoon fish sauce
1t blespoon rice vinegar


place all the ingredients togther in a large bowl & combine thoroughly
roll into balls roughly the size of golf balls
place on a wire rack over a foil lined tray
& bake for 25 min at 180 deg celcius in a fan forced oven
delicious hot or cold
You can use them as finger food at parties
or make a yummy sandwich from them with some Rocket & a little fresh whole egg mayonaise

Sweet red pepper you can also use the red banana pepper as well
