I've just been working, raising my offspring, annoying my wife and doing the triathlon thing.

Little Fu is now 7 years old and headed to second grade in the fall.

I have Ironman #3 scheduled for this November with Ironman #4 coming next May. I just missed qualifying for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships a month ago. I had one of the last spots starting the run but a hilly run course up in the northeast ate me alive.
