Mccourt ends up winning. Buy the team for 400 million or so, run it into the ground, split everything into separate companies etc....then sell it for 2 billion. Pay off my bitch wife, keep the parking lot, and probably walk away with a billion dollars plus the $$ from the parking lot over the next several years.
