BCS Title game

Post by Adelpiero »

it's coming down to the wire, on who will play. Harris poll will decide it.

let's remember, there is a Harris poll voter, who votes Iowa 1-25 on his ballot, every week, every season.

OSU has made up ground, now will come to Harris and decimal points.

Fuck Tboner pickens for crying, and claiming an instigation will happen if left out.

The political machine that keeps voting Oklahoma preseason #1 is the same machine that will keep OSU out of the MNC.

Yeah, that and a loss to Iowa fucking State.....which will have a much larger bearing on them being voted #3, and deservedly so.

I'm ready for the LSU-Bama rematch.

LSU vs. ...

A conference champ.

No Bama, no Stanford.

OkiePokey has the best record of the conference champs. Not that QQMF wouldn't beat them 101-80, but Oregon has 2 losses.

Doesnt Wisconsin have the same record as Okie State?

If it was up to me Id send Wisconsin to the game vs LSU and then let Bama play in the Rose Bowl vs Oregon, Stanford in the Fiesta vs Michigan State, Sugar Bowl would be Houston and Clemson and Okie State can play Big East champ in Orange Bowl

Boise St might well be.

Looks like Darron Thomas isn't exactly the sharpest tool in the shed...

Oregon quarterback Darron Thomas celebrated his team’s 49-31 victory over UCLA in the inaugural Pac-12 Championship Game in very unorthodox fashion for a Duck.

He said hook ‘em horns.

I think Sparty should be in a BCS game over Michigan but I won't apologize if they get the bid over them. They (State) should've had one last year but basically got screwed for not being Ohio State.

Yep, and that should be the case each and every year, even though it doesn't always happen. I'm looking forward to this game and am expecting a game that will equal the Wisconsin-Michigan State rematch.

Remember, SEC wanted to do a +1, with a 4 team playoff, and Big12,Big10,Pac10, told Slive to go fuck himself. They wouldnt even respond to his proposal.

Now 1 sits and cries over what would of put them into a chance at BCS title chance???

If your a 27 point favorite, you better win, and giving up 450 yards per game on defense is a joke.

Maybe Gundy will be a man, and recruit some defensive prospects.

Shit, the title game, the Fiesta and Rose may be the only bowl games I even bother to watch this year. Okie St vs a reasonably healthy Stanford ought to be big fun, and Oregon vs Wisky should be epic. Everything else? WGARA, to the Nth degree.

WVU better enjoy the last of their BCS games.

NO more picking on a pitiful conference for gimmick BCS bids. Orange bowl used to be one of top bowl games, now it's a shell of it's former self.

I think OSU would've had a decent chance against LSU, but perhaps Alabamy has a better one.

Whatever, it will be a suckfest to rival the Chiefs-Bears game today and I could care less who wins.

Bennett is probably better, even as a freshman. Better arm, much better runner. Even has starts under his belt. Yup, the PAC needs to be afraid for years to come.

Not so much the 'Cats.

Cotton is the prize for the XII's #2, and a very nice reward for the conference's straight-out-of-left-field-never-seen-it-comin' Tri-Champ.

Not only does K-State get to play in Jerruh's Palace; more importantly, they get to showcase their program in their recruiting backyard.

Willie poo-poos their chances (see what i did there?), but should the Hawgs break out to one of their signature 17-point deficits, it'll be a long day for the Soo-Pigs. House money to Snyder, and this year's team doesn't beat itself....

Dude... there's a new Tailback U on the scene.

What do Reuben Droughns, Maurice Morris, Onterrio Smith, not Terrence Whitehead, Jonathan Stewart, Jerimiah Johnson, LaGarrette Blount, and soon-to-be-LaMike have in common?

Some did better than others (and one became a punchline), but if you start for Oregon, you go to the NFL.

It's become a destination for star RBs.

And Boise State (as much as I dislike them) got hosed.

But guess what ???

We will never know because this system sucks.

I will NOT be watching the game.

Fuck the SEC.... and Fuck Disney !!!

ESPN and the BCS just said fuck you to 70 percent of the fans...

Screw the BCS !!!

The Rose Bowl should leave this madness....

Let's have the PAC 12 and the Big 10/12 go our own way... we have the best bowl...

Fuck the rest !!!

I don't think the Rose Bowl needs to be a part of this stupidity... Should have left in 2004.

That would be kinda hard to do... when you aren't even ranked in the top 30 in offense in the country.

But, I do think you could go 2 for 10 in field goal attempts.

You do realize that...

WVU had 533 yards of total offense against LSU
Western kentucky trailed 14-7 at halftime against LSU
LSU did not achieve a single first down in the 1st half against Georgia
Georgia Southern scored 21 against Bama

agree 100%, playing a non bowl division team should be an automatic disqualiffier from any BCS bowl.
