To see the new baby elephant who was a miracle birth because all the zookeepers & experts thought he'd died in utero but he popped out alive a 2 weeks after they thought his little heart had stopped!

Insemination program or just your regular check-up?
Why didn't anybody rack this?

You are truly one of the worst pieces of shit to ever post on this board. Start giving up your paycheck for reparations now and then you can shut the fuck up about your racist blasts.

It's not required by law in NW Oregon, but by the Law of Common sense... when you originally defied the Laws of Common sense by buying a house that isn't graded far enough above the water table.

Hmm..dig a hole in the ground, line it with something that will not stop hydraulic pressure, build a house on top of it, and then it fills up with water ?? Shocking..
I don't think there has been a crib built around here since about 1960 that even has a fucking basement..

He is above the water table, dumbass. If not, it would be perpetually flooded. The problem is with the amount of rain we have, the "water table" becomes pretty much everything beneath your lawn. I've been pretty lucky so far, but then my house is built on a hillside and the soil drains extremely well. Go more than a foot or 2 down anywhere I've dugg on my property and it's mostly sand. The most I'm likely to see is a little dampness on the uphill side of my basement. I've never had standing water and can't imagine I ever will.
Tod, will homeowners insurance cover this or would you need specific flood insurance. Fukk, just call your agent tomorrow and buy flood insurance. That is the way insurance works now, ain't it?

Maybe at that point it will catch on fire and take the house with it. You not very smart.

Or maybe he is.
Flooding not covered. Fire is.
I vote for leaving it running under a pile of oily rags to keep it quiet.

Everyone has their niche for inteligence. Yours happens to be in finding websites devoted to the sexual exploitation of children. It's what you're good at.
Nice projection, Tardd. You're the one who always found it necessary to defend child rapists. Die already, you fat drunken pedophile.

Never implied he was...

OK.
He is far enough above the water table, dumbass. The fact that he has never had issues prior to this ridiculously wet week proves this.
Your implication was that his swimming pool basement's condition has something to do with the water table.
It does not. Your basement could be 50 ft above the water table and be flooded right about now, just as it could be 5 ft above the water table and be dry as a bone. It comes down to soil type, yard grading, the existence or lack there of, of curtain drains and the water resistance of your basement wall. You could damn near build in a swamp and be dry in a properly constructed basement with good drainage, yard grading and wall construction just as you could be much higher and be swimming if these factors are working against you.
