Prior to these Olympics, the last hockey game I watched from start to finish was the 1980 gold medal game. Doubt that I'll be around in 30 years to see another one.

overall, a pretty damn good olympics. nice to see the russkies shut down and the US clean up. And rack the upper messicans for putting on a good show, other than killing that georgia dude. rack them also for cleaning up on the only medals that really count. The canucks won a total of about 13 medals, 15 of them gold.

yeah, mathamatically that don't make much sennse, but, that is pretty much what they did.

I'm not a hockey fan by any means, and know absolutely nothing abou the game, but it's the only event I watched during the entire winter olympics. None of that other shit matters one iota to me, and Spring Training is far more appealing. I'd much rather watch Carlos Zambrana throw a bullpen session than watch bobsledding or any of that snowboarding crap.
