Jacques retires, and Doug doesn't have his contract renewed.
Plenty of rumors saying Kevin Constantine (coach of the Wild's AHL team) will take over. Others say Jacques is back as GM.
Kinda hard to see either one of those happening. KC is a hard line coach as was Jacques and Doug was of the same mold. If the Wild are making changes, why bring in a coach who is very similiar to the one leaving? Further, I don't see Jacques taking Doug's job as they were very close. Not something someone does to a friend.
