Mandatory reading for everybody

Post by The Deciders »

Listen up, team. Starting Monday, February, 2nd there are going to be some changes around here. We all need to start thinking like a TEAM and start making decisions; BUSINESS DECISIONS. We need to all pitch in and make an effort to improve the profitability of this place. Trust me, this will benefit EVERYONE. I can't get into all the details now, but basically you're all going to be unpaid employees for The Deciders effective 2/2/09. We need to start thinking OUTSIDE THE BOX from a business perspective, on how we can generate more revenue for T1B. I need all your marketing and cost savings ideas IMMEDIATELY. Let's go TEAM, let's start generating discussion on this.

And remember, NOTHING can hold you back except YOU.

This isn't going to help you get promoted from maintenance.

I, for one, heartedly embrace this push towards the cutting edge. I think by automating more and trimming the fat at the top (get rid of some mods....super secret admins......maybe ban some of the heavier posters from fried food), we can improve efficiency by 15-20% right off the bat.

Just brainstorming ....

Tee-shirts with some of the better wytch jobs would be cool.
Bumper stickers with some of the best sayings and one liners. Hell tee-shirts with those would be cool.
Branding man, it's all about branding we need to re-brand the T1B product and that starts with the logo. We need something with flair, but not too much.

Oh and for seasonal items - stuffed Reindeer with little MP3 players inside and a chip with all the famous Reindeer smack for all to hear and enjoy while Wassling.

Well Tom, I found you a stuffed reindeer...

...however, I'm not sure where the sound chip should go.

Perhaps the way SFAF stuffed this elephant would be helpful.

After all, it is his prefered method.

We should ask Congress for a bailout.

Maybe not OUTSIDE THE BOX, but definitely INSIDE THE BELTWAY.

This is the sort of progressive, fast-paced thinking we need. I like where this is going.

I think we need to get some sort of 6 sigma process started.

I'll suggest strategic alignment with twitter - since they are now usurping Digg and Facebook in hits mean their the new paradigm of the internet.

I mean really, what could be better than seing iconic blasts like "You tell 'em, Screwball. That jizz ain't gonna mop itself" and "go shove your head back inside your mother's stinking gash" in real time of your mobile device of choice?

The possibilities are endless........

I see where this is all leading and I for one will not sit back and watch you ZioDecider destroy this forum. It's time for the masses who don't support you and your failed policies to rise up from hiding and take back what is rightfully ours. Make your time oppressors, here we come...

Don't worry 'bout a thing, Mgo. Once I'm finished with the machete, I'll lend it to your female companion so she can teach you some basic grooming techniques. She'll probably recommend a look for you that doesn't portray you as one of the Marx Brothers' offspring.

That may be true, but don't go selling your top heavy muff brow face short. Shit mang, the upper half of your mug could probably double as 1970's porn puss.

I recommend that all of you read "The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz and Don Jose Ruiz.

1. Be Impeccable With Your Word
Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.

2. Don't Take Anything Personally
Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering.

3. Don't Make Assumptions
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.

4. Always Do Your Best
Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret.

We're here for the benefit of everyone. If you can't see that, fine, but we won't let you drag down the TEAM. If your motive is negativity, then I suggest you act smart and think quietly. This isn't a goddamn democracy, ASSHOLE. We run this fucking joint and you're either on board or on the edge of the plank. What's it gonna be?

Yes, I was kidding. Every time I walk down the strip, it is so annoying listening to those Mexican'tgetarealjobs flip and pop those cards. I don't give a shit if it is a coupon for a free blowjob from Scarlet Johansen. It's annoying as fuck.
