Euro '08 Final: Germany-Spain

Post by RadioFan »

Call it ...

Germany 3-2.

Btw, outside of Holland not showing up in the QFs, and the freaking storms knocking out power to the TV feed in the Germ-Turk semi on Wednesday ... awesome tournament, overall.

Both Turkey and Russia were great to watch throughout this tournament. Comeback kids, galore.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but outside of one first-round game and the Spain-Italy QF, there have been NO 0-0 ties in this tournament.

And there has been hella lot of goals scored.

RACK IT.

Germany 2, Spain 1

Agreed, great tournament.

If only there were an equivalent Americas Championship combining CONCACAF and South American countries.

Germany Spain tie 2-2. They go into extra time and Germany score in the 2nd OT to win 3-2. The final goal coming from Ballack as he silences all his critics.....until he gets back to Chelsea.
