Nugs - bucks trade

Post by Mile-Hi T »

I was just wondering what the rest of the country thought about this "minor" trade.

I love Earl Boykins..especialy with AI, and I hated to see him go. BUT Blake has impressed me so far.

How is Boykins been recepted in Mil.?

Went to the Nug/Blazer game the other night. Steve Blake tearing the Zers a new one was so predictable, it was sad.

Funny moment -- Blake all but punched Juan Dixon in the face stealing the ball, which Juan cried to the ref about, who pretty much laughed. I guess the ref knows their story, too.

Watched the Denver/Houston game, too.

I think the Nugs picked themselves up one fine ballplayer there. Certainly not the most athletic guy on the floor, but he may be the smartest, and usually shoots well. Given an opportunity, I think he'll do quite well.

Blake and AI looked like they'd been playing together for 10 years...5 days into the deal.

Enjoy. Once the Blazers get some experience and learn some defensive schemes, this division becomes a one-horse race...belee dat.
