landmark Supreme Court rulings.

Post by EAP »

7-2 ruling in favor of the free exercise clause.
We know there's 4 left wing justices, but 2 sided with the conservatives in full support of our bill of rights.
The question is, which 2?

This is huge, because the Obama administration violated the bill of rights, when implementing Obamacare.

The left has zero respect for the founding principles of liberty and the bill of rights. So these decisions are monumentally important.
Stay tuned. More to follow.

But I'll make the popcorn and await your constitutional analysis.
Please don't play dumb here.
It's beneath a man of your intellect.

When obamacare came out, the catholic nuns of the little sisters of the poor, were being forced to supply birth control, even though it was a clear violation of their constitutional rights.
That famous case made it all the way to the high court, where famously, they ruled unanimously in favor of the catholic nuns.
See, as a left wing authoritarian, Obama didn't give a fuck about the nuns' constitutional rights.
The Supreme Court did.
Oh, and here's the kicker.
Obama is supposed to be a constitutional law professor, YET apparently he didn't know how his signature bill, violated the free exercise of faith clause?

HE DID KNOW.

And that's further proof of his authoritarian, top down government control. As if we needed any.

I have know idea?
Let's get a large tub of popcorn and cut a hole in the bottom.
Slap would enjoy that immensely.
