I almost forgot: No Trolls and No Newbies.

Again, it's who drafts a player that completes a match. If a rookie is drafted by one team and later traded to another team than the team who originally drafted him is considered the match.
Example: San Diego drafts Eli Manning and later trades him to the Giants.
Score it Eli Manning to San Diego.

Traded picks are treated the opposite. Say the Raiders make the Saints an offer they can't refuse to move up to the #2 to grab Reggie Bush.
Score it Bush to Raiders.

Here's an example of what your draft should look like. Again, it's not important to number your selections (I do just to keep track) and feel free to pencil in any trades you feel will happen. Will the Giants make a trade that will send then into the top 4? I hear they really love AJ Hawk...it might happen.

1 Houston Mario Williams
2 New Orleans Reggie Bush
3 Tennessee Vince Young
4 New York Jets D'Brickashaw Ferguson
5 Green Bay A.J. Hawk
6 San Francisco Vernon Davis
7 Oakland Matt Leinart
8 Buffalo Haloti Ngata
9 Detroit Winston Justice
10 Arizona Brodrick Bunkley
11 St. Louis Michael Huff
12 Cleveland Ernie Sims
13 Baltimore Jay Cutler
14 Philadelphia Chad Jackson
15 Denver (from Atlanta) DeAngelo Williams
16 Miami Antonio Cromartie
17 Minnesota Laurnce Maroney
18 Dallas Jimmy Williams
19 San Diego Donte Whitner
20 Kansas City Tye Hill
21 New England Kamerion Wimbley
22 Denver (from Washington) Santonio Holmes
23 Tampa Bay Davin Joseph
24 Cincinnati Ashton Youboty
25 New York Giants Chad Greenway
26 Chicago Leonard Pope
27 Carolina LenDale White
28 Jacksonville Nick Mangold
29 New York Jets (from Denver) Mathias Kimanuka
30 Indianapolis D'Qwell Jackson LB Maryland
31 Seattle Tamba Hali
32 Pittsburgh Manny Lawson

Tiebreaker: Maurice Drew will be drafted 45th overall

Ucant, your expertise in scoring efficiency is appreciated and welcome.
Will you be keeping score? If so I can get piss drunk next weekend
and wait until Monday to fuck up the results.

Good job Aaron!

I think after a few beers you may want to flip the Tennessee and Raider pick.

Or it maybe just wishful thinking on your part.

Thanks Aaron, and I pray the Raiduhs take Leinart instead of Huff. Let's keep that defense right where it is!

Rules? Scoring?

Are you just counting JUST what number the player gets drafted at? Or... do you have to match the team that selects him? Do you account for trades? I see no specifics and I don't have time to look for them. Someone post the rules...

Simply match the player to the team.

Person who gets the most correct matches is the winner of the contest.

If two players tie for the most correct matches then the person who came closest to calling what number Maurice Drew is drafted is declared the winner.

All ties go to Raider fan.

Jeebus Christ ICant, the fucking rules are posted in the first two posts in this thread. Do you need a seeing eyed dog to find them and then Shoalzie to interpret them for you?

Fuck it, Aaron.

Give me a sharp pencil with a dull eraser, and you can get drunk as hell on Saturday.

As they say, if you have to ask…

Ucant, (how appropriate BTW) since you’re such a stickler for the rules and scoring let me break down the most fundamental of all the rules:

No Trolls and No Newbies.

[web]http://www.theoneboard.com/board/member ... C&start=50[/web]

Twelve very clever variations of good old UCant. What a fucking hoot this guy is!

And by his many registrations, his latest puts him right into the Newbie category.

So again, a review of the rules and scoring sees one very stupid fucking troll sitting in the corner with his dunce cap high and proud.

I guess I didn't skim this thread very well. Not that I'm one to ever offer up excuses... but, this is my only post since last Thursday:

Anyways, Aaron... if you can actually find a post of mine where I intimated my intentions were anything other than keeping track of the picks, as opposed to actively participating... well, I guess your 'reading skills' are on par with mine.

I see Wags has volunteered to track this in between moving pallets around the warehouse. Good luck everyone.

Were you looking to gain this insight by osmosis?

Toos is fairly eloquent, but I doubt that he's mastered telepathy.
Anyways, Aaron... if you can actually find a post of mine where I intimated my intentions were anything other than keeping track of the picks, as opposed to actively participating... well, I guess your 'reading skills' are on par with mine.
WTF?

So, you wanted to keep track of something that you had no intention of participating in, for a bunch of guys that you don't know, yet you hadn't the time to even read the fucking thread to see what the "specifics" were, but instead had plenty of time to KYOA?

Save it, cunt...and get the fuck on down the road. Your presence here is not only unrequired, it's unwelcome.

Bullshitting troll motherfucker.

1 correction so far... I keep bouncing back & forth with Young/Leinart in TN. If McNair stays- I think they go with Young- gives Mcnair a year to mentor him, etc.. if not- they go with Leinart b/c he is ready to go. If they drft Leinart- I think McNair is gone.

Yo, Q and Felix.

At an appropriate time, will you please wipe up the slobber that emanated from Ucunt's retarded mouth from this, Toos draft thread?

You can wipe up mine as well, 'cause that piece of lightwork is done.

Don't need any extraneous garbage littering up this bad boy.

UC, I wasn’t sure which level of participation you were after so I thought I’d snuff out all possibilities. I suppose that was never an issue at TNW or Smackboard as the NO TROLLS policy applied to all forums on a daily basis.

Hell, the best thread ever written was Scotty’s “have a beer and tell us about yourself.”
Credit Scotty for laying the building blocks for the community that was.

The annoyingly liberal policy on trolling at this board is what it is.

I think Wags said it best when he spat, “Bullshitting troll motherfucker.”
