My son got an XBox for his birthday. Can I use a standard USB wifi adapter with this bitch?

Why do you need a wifi adapter? It should have wifi built in.

Your a great father

If the modem is close, hardwire it. From usb port on Xbox to Modem. No lag issues.

Hmm...I thought it had no wifi. The Microsoft adapters are pretty expensive, and I have a couple of USB adapters lying around. Machine is not close to the router, hardwiring not possible...

You can use another router if your current router supports bridging mode, or you can buy a wireless access point like this:
