question for Mac/GarageBand users...

Has anyone found a way to transfer GarageBand files via the web? I tried using a couple of the file transfer sites like YouSendIt, MegaUpload and SendThisFile, but a lot of them have 100mb file limits for the free accounts. (The file in question is nearly 200mb). On the few sites with larger limits, for some reason, the upload stalled. I know you can compress the file through the "Save As" menu in GarageBand, but I'd like to avoid quality loss, if possible. Does anyone know a free file transfer site that recognizes GB files? Anybody worked with the compressed files? If so, is there a noticeable difference in quality?
