Why do we always sit back after taking a one-goal lead? A team like Argentina would have set a marker down by absolutely battering a rubbish team like Paraguay, and probably even put Rooney on for the last 5 minutes to put the shits up the rest of the world.

Quality-wise, the Netherlands/Serb-Mont game has been the best by far. Holland is skilled and quick, and only a very good S/M side kept that from being a romp. Looking forward to seeing what Brazil can do against Croatia tomorrow(today).

We are still celebrating the Trini tie. Look out England.

I'd agree with that. Its been explosive, fast and exciting...except for the US who must have been worked up about the NBA or something cause they sure as hell forgot how to play Soccer.
