Yes, most who catch the virus will have relatively minor symptoms. And I truly hope that will be the case for all of us here and for all who we know.

Well shit, it is already too late for that, for me at least. It has already killed someone I know, it has killed two others with whom I've been acquainted, and currently I know two people who are hospitalized. Probably due to the championship game and Mardi Gras, Louisiana is one of the early states to go thru this. But what we're experiencing now, you will soon. Please take precautions and be safe.
I wish you and everyone else in LA well. But to point a finger at The Bad Orange Man for not "doing something" when you fukks were whooping it up during Mardi Gras is bullshit.

We all knew there was a potentially nasty bug in China, as there are many years. But no one saw this shit coming.

Now we see it. Everyone sees it. Trump is doing his best.

Could it have been handled better?

Yes, but that could be said about damn near anything in hindsight.

The non-stop second guessing of every decision he's made, including a smart one (shutting down air travel from China) is disgusting.

Can you imagine what would have happened during WWII if FDR had this sort of shit to deal with?

We'd have tapped out by the summer of '42.

Yet another revealing post from a jack-booted progtard. If your type ever convinces enough sheeple to hand over their liberty, we're all fucked.
And he is laughably ignorant about the reality of president trump being the FIRST world leader to propose travel restrictions and bans, which was absolutely essential to slow the spread.
YET the Democrats and the fake news media called him "racist" for these common sense restrictions?
Ask yourself, if you believe the democrats charges of racism,

The POTUS does not have the liberty to commit treason so I'm not sure wtf you are babbling about now. You might disagree if he did commit treason, but it have nothing to do with liberty except the lack of liberty to not cross an open border.

JSC, just what law would someone be breaking if they did gather in a large group. There has to be some law on the books that law enforcement can arrest people on. They can't just say because the governor said so.

I get we need to limit gatherings and slow our roll on somethings, but I also don't get why restaurants are closed. Let restaurants book to 30% capacity or have people sit outside at some of these places. But what law says the governor can close down a restaurant for weeks or months?

In Nebraska, it is NRS Chapter 81 §829.40 & §829.57. Broadly stated, the governor has the authority to restrict movement into, out of or within the the state, restrict the use of property and suspend rules and regulations of the state in the event of an emergency/disaster. I suspect most, if not all other, states have similar legislation. So, yeah, quarantines can be ordered and bars and restaurants can be closed.

Interesting....in the Peoples Republic of Oregon ruled by Korrupt Commie Kate Brown, she issued executive orders that cited and included some obscure ORS statue that allowed this happen and making the violation of those executive orders a Class C misdemeanor . About like spitting on the sidewalk or public littering, but a criminal statue all the same. I suppose a person would have to search the state Constitution to find such power.

In this state we now seem to have this game of which one of these public dick sucking agencies can make up some new restriction or ban today. They seem to be one upping each other and seeing just how far they can restrict the movement of people in a daily push. The local fire agencies are banning open burning April 10th, citing that # 19 has reducing their personnel and ability to respond to escaped burns and take them form the medical side. Thing is my son says their calls are down over 70%, and the wife says the ER census is lower than it ever has been during all this. A normal ER day would be no less than 24 patients and up to 50. She has been there almost 12 hours today and has seen 4 patients, only 2 of which were admitted.

Then the same day yesterday, the Oregon Department of Forestry is asking all farmers, loggers and property owners not to burn any generated or piled debris because it might add to the corona virus spread. Now we are getting close to the normal close of burning here in the high desert and eastern Oregon, but all the other areas would have an easy month and half to go. This is a complete load of horse shit.

We will see what Monday brings as far as the latest new restriction brings. Most of these are being made at the agency level or group of agencies as our worthless governor has been completely absent save pushing her usual socialist agenda she is doing before # 19. She could have issued marching orders to the state agencies for sure.

The public may put up with this shit for the 30 days that it seems to be the Feds recommendation anyway. But after that time, shit better be on the mend or people are going to go fucking ape shit. But they will probably go ape shit when it is all opened back up too.

You do realize that if the Dems even come up with somebody, anybody, Biden, or whom the fuckever, that the minute they start cocksuckering the POTUS about the corona virus response they will be straight up second guessing him to the public and will have to walk a very, very fine line because the chances of the POTUS shoving that up their ass in reverse is pretty good.

It ain't looking real good for your beloved Democrats this fall, and thank crist we do not have to watch a bunch of pre campaign adds. Now has a marketing guy I want to ask you a few questions and will take your response ON the air please.

1. How should the Democrats come after POTUS and not make them look like a bunch of cry baby little bitch's ?

2. How should they attack specific actions and try to make political hay out of something that unfortunately has cost a number of lives ? This is the huge one right here, so think about your answer verrryy carefully.

3. Should they offer alternative preferred solutions contrary to what the POTUS took action on ?

4. At what point should this negative campaign start ?

People are definitely going to go ape shit, no matter what.

Life as we've know it is -----> OVER.

Some 40% of households didn't even have $400 saved up for emergency.

Things are not going to be "opened up" in 30 days.

Throngs of people, with no money and no current future hope that they can see, will be unemployed.

This is the great depression on steroids.

This is not a matter of people being uncomfortable or irritated.
It is a matter of people being genuinely concerned about survival.
Desperation.
Chaos.
Rage at "the man" for fvkking them this way.
Total disrespect and disregard for the established institutions and law.
Jungle time.

It is going to be an epic horrah show.

Every Republican ad will show the leaders of your left wing party calling trump's travel ban on China racist.
GAME OVER!
