Other than the 40 year losing streak The Empire was on regarding road games, WTF ever made the Argentines decide that spilling blood over a worthless hunk of rock was a good idea?

Perhaps they realized that a few decades on, it would become the southern hemisphere's version of Hawaii and they'd make huge bank opening up Sandals Las Malvinas?

No one is recognizing the gravity of the situation. If Antarctica melts as well at the Arctic region, that would be end of the ice wall around the perimeter of Earf. All the water in the oceans would be free to drain off the edges into space. We would be fucked.

I love that map. There's an entire mini- continent and chain of islands covered by water, revealed. How much of an actual ice age is necessary to pull that mini continent and those island chains up from Ry'leh? What kind of fossils/remains/archeology could be found there, particularly with the cyclic catastrophes theory?

And before you say anything, EAP, look at a map of ice thawing, and how much of current civilization would be underwater as people are forced to move inland. (And would that map match up with the canals of the Andes?) So much would be lost, what could remain for future generations to uncover under the mud and silt?

Or would they be slaves to consumerism and religion, too, destroying history because history doesn't feed you?

Do you not understand that this change has been constant for 5 billion years?
Ice ages to warming and back,
Time and time again.
That's science 101.

Before man was here, the planet went from ice age to warming and back time and time again.
Is your low IQ preventing you from getting that?

We are warming.
Then the planet will eventually go back to yet another ice age.

You must be a real slow cookie.

That's the point, Ezra. Cycles. What would a fruit fly in Peru 1875 AD know of its ancestor's life in Portugal 27 BC?

What is hidden now, beneath the waves as uncovered in Atmdad's map? What will be hidden/revealed of us in the future?

Questions to ponder while bogarting from m2's stash...

Good. You're finally becoming aware milton.
See what talking to me does?
It takes you away from stupid left wing bullshit.

That's the whole point. The climate changes nonstop for billions of years.
The left wing socialists don't talk about that reality, because it destroys their political agenda of one world government and wealth redistribution.
Both lead to tyranny.

Man is merely dust in the wind.
We have no control over anything but our own narcissism and material treasures.
Both which turn to dust, like in the Johnny cash video

I'll try to post it for your viewing pleasure and further education.

You're a funny chap, EAP. [REDACTED - In accordance with The State]

Left wing and right wing is all the same to the cosmos. Why hang your hat on a right wing purity of purpose which doesn't exist?

Have you bought face masks and sanitizer yet?
