Someone needs to explain the concept of arresting cables to those idiots watching by the fence...

Lots of errors compounded as they tend to do in these crashes.

First off this was an uncontrolled field. As such it was up to the crew to check the weather and notices. The wind shifted prior to their take off and they ended up taking off with the wind. Second no freight manifest was provided which likely meant the airline didn't weigh the containers. So who knows how heavy they were.

I don't think the fence did much damage but something caused a loss of the right hand inboard flaps. This most likely led to the lost of lift on the right hand side which caused the right wing to drop until they crashed.

Sad but most likely totally preventable.

And they damn sure needed every bit of lift they could get considering there were overloaded to the max. Don't know what density issues they may have had either. Had to be some big time pucker and chinga la madre going in the cockpit when Vr came and went and the wheels were still on the ground.
Sad but most likely totally preventable.
As are most "accidents" in Third World aviation> COG, weight computations, density altitude, and all that other useless shit be damned. Just load it all up, get in buckle up, firewall the throttles and hope for the best. Those 727's are pretty popular in the shithole countries.
