In both China and the United States, when the government doesn't want the citizens to know something, it censors the story across the entire state-run media, invoking "information totalitarianism."
We now have a state-run media?

I find it kind of cute that people are still mesmerized by such a silly tale.

Google - earth and see what comes up.

If you THINK about it, you'll notice that nearly every full earth image that we are shown is either -----> cgi or artistically enhanced.

Google it.
Look at all the cgi or artistically enhanced images.

Pause...

There are very very few supposed real full image pictures of the planet earth -- and yet we've been up in space for well over 40 years now.

There should easily be many thousand of such images, yet there are not.

What shape does your simple observation tell you it is?

Further have you never been on a modern jet? The curvature of the earth is quite visible above 35000 feet. Also if the earth isn't a sphere or something very close why would a plane heading to Asia from LA fly over or very near Alaska?

I've found that people really don't like it when their round earth is questioned.

I understand.
It's been plowed into your brain from nearly your earliest memory.

But I'm sure that kicks in at 35,000, though. lol

Admiral Byrd made many expeditions to Antarctica.
He became VERY interested in it.
Said that it was a vast wonderland.
Huge potential and massive untapped natural resources.
Would have been a colossal money-making region -- on a massive scale.

Then twelve countries abruptly signed he Antarctic Treaty in 1959 and since then it's no-goey to Antarctica, fliends.

Nobody is going to tap anything there.
No, no, NO, you don't.
Can't have that.
Resources stay in the ground.

Can't go.
No way.
No how.
You simply will not enter that region.

Photos don't tell the whole story. My HS class photo was taken by a camera that moved thru 90 degrees. The bleachers were set up in an arc and the camera moved from one slowly across that arc. Funny thing though when we got the picture the bleachers appeared as if they were totally straight. You could put a ruler to the picture and it appeared the bleachers were arrow straight when they weren't.

I also notice you didn't answer the question about the airplane flying to Asia. Further if the earth isn't a sphere there would have to be an edge somewhere. But with all of the flights across the globe going every direction no one has ever seen the edge. How can that be?

Poptart if you aren't trolling you are one seriously confused idiot. If you go up into the atmosphere, say for example in one of those new fangled airplane thingies, you can see the curvature of the Earth. Brian gave you an untouched photograph from space of the planet. Since the globe has been circumnavigated, why hasn't anyone fallen off the edge yet?

Furthermore, I have had relatives and friends who worked for and with NASA. They haven't conspired about anything and we know what the mineral composition of the moon is because we've been there!

You on the other hand spend your sad little life with your nose brown stained from keeping it buried in a fairy tale and a non-existent saviors ass. You are a pathetic little old man, deluded or stupid, either way, a fool.

Almost every single image on that page is either "composite," artistically enhanced, is a cgi, or some other such fantasy.

Pops, you know I've talked to you about witnessing the Apollo Command Modules heading toward the Moon in the late 60's and early 70's from my family's backyard porch.

To put your objection that none of the pictures from these space pics shows the entire planet... let me ask you this very simple and logical question since you've played tennis:

When you hold a tennis ball in front of your eyes, do you see the entire tennis ball all at once? Is it flat and claim the other side does not exist because you don't see it, even though you can turn it, feel it, etc? There is a philosopher that talked about what you don't see, doesn't exist. Hmmm.

So tart, not only are you either trolling, stupid or simply unable to perceive a simple photograph, you are displaying an impressive amount of basic ignorance of honest fact.

So then tart, answer a question I have already asked and you ignored.

If the Earth is flat, why can't we reach the edge?

You are going to have to pull your head out of your ass to answer however.

Good luck with that.

It is useless to try to change poptart's mind. You could get Stephen Hawking to raise Einstein and Sagan from the dead, have them pick up poptart in Korea with a spaceship and take him up to outer space and he would still take the word of a Bronze Age sheepherder over that of his own eyes and proclaim it all to be the work of CGI sorcery.
