I use AdAware and PestPatrol. PestPatrol will ID spyware and tell you exactly how to remove it, sometimes in many steps. If you pay for it, it will do the removal itself. It works very well but AdAware still catches a few things that PestPatrol doesn't. PestPatrol will also actively scan your memory...

Nero has a frame capture as well. You just click the button while the movie is playing and it puts it either in the clipboard on copies it to a .jpg file.

When I want something really quick to throw on some pasta I just take a decent "jar" sauce, rinse the jar with about 1/4 - 1/2 cup of red wine, add a little EVOO and a bunch of sliced 'shrooms, and simmer for about 10 or 15 min.

A lot of Santana's music could be described as mainly instrumental, as you say.

This is one of my favorites. Very instrumental and jazz fustion oriented. Song of the Wind is one of my all time favorite Santana cuts.
