6th Street used to be a great place to go. I lived in Austin from 94-01. The Library was cool, as was Emo's, Pete's, and Maggie Mae's. If you don't want to hang out on 6th go over to 4th. The Gingerbread man is good as is Fado's. Lots of great eye candy in Austin. The Gingerman is pretty cool to.
