All right, really who cares. I never intended to stir up a political fight, I just thought it was rediculous what ADs and Administrators have to go through when it comes to hiring a new coach. We have gotten off topic twice now so lets just focus on what is important: http://vmedia.rivals.com/upload...

OK, how about a momentary retard (frequently)?

I base that not just on his outbursts but also on his inability to field a consistent team?

UM, OSU, PSU (generally) consistently good

UI, IU, NW (also generally) consistently bad

Why don't they just pick a category and stay there?

Question: If PSU makes a BCS game and wins does Joe Pa call it a career? If yes who is his successor? I don't think he will be gone soon. He has too many young talented players on his team to leave now. I would imagine he feels he owes his team a few more good years and wants to see what he can do ...

Alright, lets put this line of thinking to rest right the fuck now. MSU was playing well when they met Notre Dame. Yeah, sure, okay. But they had only played KENT STATE and HAWAII at that point. Beating these two schools is not "playing tough." It's beating two OOC cupcakes. After beating...

They're supposed to be 11th when the BCS comes out today. As long as they are in the top 12, they'll get selected. If so, the only team I can think that would/could be upset is TT as they will be ranked 12th or 13th, with just one loss. OSU will be ranked ahead of them so I don't see a big problem....

While I tend to agree that ND is ranked overly high, I don't think it will matter that much. ND was ranked 14th in the BCS and while they might move up a little, I dont' think it will play a huge factor. Especially when one considers their next few opponents and the hit that will take on their ranki...

Yeah, you think MV isn't ready? Which part of two interceptions, two fumbles, 8 for 22 passing, 6 sacks, 0.8 yds per rush or just his general leadership on the field proved that to you? What I really loved was him talking trash when the score was 20-0 and 27-0, what a quality guy to have on your team.

Most of the defenses he has played seemed incompetent. That was either because he was that good or they were that bad, I don't know. I would agree with that. I think it comes down to which D makes the big play.

If Beamer lets MV throw the ball, it might be UM's D with the game changing play. However, it is the VT M.O. to have a big defensive/special teams play. A blocked punt or FG could be all they need for a victory.

Any fearless predictions out there? Most of what I have read has Va Tech winning and covering the spread (-6.5) We have the #1 vs #2 defense (Miami and VT respectively) Miami has the #62 ranked offense while VT has the #44 ranked O Will there be any points scored in this game?
