Start - Programs - Accessories - System Tools - File and Settings Transfer Wizard. Run it on the new one to make a disk/program for the old one, install and then run it on the old one. If you do graphics for a living, you should invest in your tools, not steal them.

Otherwise, Photoshop SE and PaintbrushPro are usually good enough for the rest of the world and relatively cheap.
