At the smae time, I don't think every team should have an equal chance to win the cup, if they can't put people in the seats. Teams like Florida, Carolina, Tampa, Atlanta etc don't have the same right to compete with cities that have sold out arenas every night.

I just got back from the Vancouver vs Red Deer game. These games are actually pretty good. There was around 8000 people at the game, which is pretty good. Everything is way cheaper than the NHL, there is way more fighting, and the players work their asses off for only a couple of hundred bucks a mon...

You can tell the NHLPA is getting desperate with that counter proposal. Otis I have to disagree with you on this one, and say that the owners offer is more than fair. The players are never going to get a better offer, so they should take this one if they're smart.
