Carl Peterson was a bit overwinded in his speech for Derrick Thomas, but I felt the love and the admiration that the guy who brought DT to KC had for him. MY all-time favorite Chiefs player, it was really cool to see him finally get the recognition he deserved.

He's got some catching up to do- this kid Magee the Chiefs picked in the 3rd round is performing WELL at DE so far in camp. At the very least he'll most likely take a lot of playing time away from Dorsey.

Apparently Glenn Dorsey finally passed Haley's performance/endurance test, and is now practicing with the team....I still question placing him at DE, but until they get into a real game to find out if he can do his job nobody knows for sure.

Glenn Dorsey is FAT and can't pass Todd Haley's conditioning drill. In other Chiefs camp news, the WRs not named Bobby Engram can't catch a cold much less a pass. Oh, and Tony Gonzalez is in Atlanta now. :doh: At least we'll still be better than the Broncos....we have THAT going for us, which is nice.
