First off let's get our facts straight. This site picks the top 64 teams based on attendance, not Sagrin or any other ratings. Here is a quote from the site: Under this new plan, the top 64 schools in the country are selected based on average home attendance figures regardless of current division st...

Bottom line is the tiny bitter man was still at the helm when ND got into trouble. Either he is the man in charge or he isn't. So he should take some of the blame.

Furthermore, I have no doubt that Holtz put pressure on ND to accept athletes that ND didn't prior to his arrival nor after his exit.

Can he coach? No question! Is he dirty and does he cheat? Undoubtedly in my opinion. Would I want him as the RICE coach? Hell, no! Bottom line is he is the head coach. He can say that he had no knowledge etc, etc, but it doesn't matter he is in charge. But I believe he knew each and every thing that...

Here's hoping the success continues and you can move to a conference without such a fractured identity. The line up is different in damn near every sport.

But since she seems to enjoy college football as much as you do why is the wedding in the fall again? Hello, summer or mid December?

Just wondering?

and if you have any questions then just ask Maryland fan or T Rex. The SEC had nine teams make the field of 64. Only three made it out of the regionals. One then lost at home in the super regionals. By contrast the Big XII only had 5 teams in the regionals and three made it thru to the CWS. Where ar...

not that we have much union news thankfully, since they are few and far between here in Texas, but the news lately has been great. The first story involved a local rock quarry that had union workers.
