WOW simply incredible. Why no flag on the Corn players on the field? Unfuckingreal Prolly 'cuz there were UM coaches on the field too. 'Twasn't just NU. I also don't believe that was pass interference on the 4th and 8 for UofM. Manningham was naturallly turning back for the ball... just so happened...

Well...it was a scrub bowl , really. However, perhaps the attention will raise a few eyebrows about the state of officiating in the NCAA. Scrub Bowl? Short memory on Penn State's rescent history? Two short years ago Penn St. woulda crap their draws to be in a scrub bowl game. And who was that team ...

Who gives a shit? Some teams are used to playing in bigger bowls and the fans get disappointed in their team a little bit, plus tix arent cheap and why waste the money on a lesser bowl game when you can spend the money on extra gifts for xmas? Good for Turner Gill and I wish him the best. I think Buffalo won 1 game last year, so there is no place to go but up. Solich vs. Gill is kind of an interesting sidebar for Husker fans, but not a real compelling matchup. The two had a pretty good relationship I think, so it's not like a blood feud ...

I wish the best for Turner, although I wonder how he'll do as a head coach never being a coordinator and really only coaching position 1 year for WR's at NU. (He didn't have a clue.) As a QB coach at NU, well that's what that was, an option QB coach. No real value unless you do run option. And that ...

I wouldn't give McCartney the credit for building CU's program out of nowhere. You've already established yout bona-fides as an idiot. There's no need for you to build on an already insurmountable lead. When Chuck Fairbanks quit in mid season, he left CU with practically no legitimate D1 players at...

I'm happy for him, but had he waited another year, a much better job than the CU opening would have shown up. I'd have to agree with you there, he probably could have held out for something better like a Tenn, Mich, or ATM. It does seem rather sudden. Maybe he just likes Boulder/Colorado, and figur...

Great hire, IMO. Hawkins seems to be a PERFECT fit for Colorado. I see continued domination of the North Division by the Buffs. Congrats, Mike. CU is the north champion why would they take Nebraska over CU? I know what Nebraska did to them I just don't think it is enough to overlook the division winner. Well good point, and as discussed, Army and Navy as well. I just think, in the OU/ UN case, they should get to/have to play each other every year. The Big12 is hurting themselves by disallowing this. Did anyone ever see the end of the 91 CU/NU game in Boulder? The game was tied 19-19 when NU had a chance to win with a field goal at the end. With Iowa St. pissin' their pants against Kansas and Colorado a victim of NU and about to have back to back ass rapings on national TV after this coming Saturday, NU will probably end up in the Alamo or Holiday Bowl. First off, Leavitt would have relationships with FL high school coaches that would benefit him every year during recruiting. Second, it's my opinion that it's a no brainer to stay at USF. Not really. The offense that Nebraska used to run is every bit as intricate as the spread or WCO and required just as much timing and execution. The QB was responsible for a ton of reads and the position requires a ton of athleticism and precision. Just opened this thread for the first time. Froz.....
